The call heard 'round the world
We just got a call from Stacy the social worker and Katie is in labor!!! We are heading up to the hospital to wait. Please pray that things would go smoothly and quickly for Katie and for mine and Jessica's sanity. Thanks for your thoughts and prayers... we feel them.

Here it is Tuesday morning and I'm trying to imagine the excitement (understatement) that you all are experiencing! My son is 19, but it seems like yesterday. Forget yourself and the rest of the world and enjoy these special days. Love Sydney and spend all the time you can with her, because there's a real corny song that says 'turn around and she's a young girl going out of the door.' But don't forget to update us ASAP!

I am so excited I can hardly work. Your Mom called me last night and I just started crying when she told me ya'll were going to the hospital. It will seem like you wait forever for Sydney to be born, but she has definitely been worth the wait. May God protect, strengthen and keep you all safe during this time and the days ahead. We're praying for you all. Keep us posted. We love you. Aunt Tracy, Uncle Larry, Granny, Yo-Yo, Aunt Kresha, Uncle Mike (the whole family)!!
